I enjoy the design of this toothbrush in compared to many. I'm quite the snob when it comes to something that both works and looks good. I wanted something my entire family could use and find it pretty easy to swap brush heads between me and my family members. Sometimes it is a bit stiff to put one on an off but this is likely a user feel to get used to.
This is our first electric toothbrush and I feel like the design and packaging are more equivalent to what one would see with an Apple product. As a creative person that makes the toothbrush feel elevated and worth the hype. they have spent some time on the packaging to make this an experience.
I’m dealing with some plaque and tartar buildup on my gum line where I had a permanent retainer that a dentist would not remove. find that I don’t get bleeding but my teeth feel much cleaner than they have with regular brushing. My 9 year old loves brushing her teeth now and the timer really helps. We have tried the ABC's a few times to lengthen her time brushing, but the timer works perfectly to let her know when she's has reached 2 minutes. My partner so far enjoys the brushing experience and we are hoping it improves our dental health and keeps us brushing more.
This has a digital buttons selection tool. I like that the button will remember which setting was used last as all three of us seem to enjoy different setting. One thing I could suggest is having an easier identifying way of seeing the setting when on. I can scroll through them with the selection but I can’t tell what the last setting used was so I always have to scroll through it a few times. This is likely user error, but also something I note because I am often moving faster than I process mentally.
I also find I have to wait to find the setting before applying the toothpaste or it will vibrate off so once I find it, I then apply toothpaste and brush immediately after turning on.
Overall, I have only had to charge the toothbrush once after opening from the box which seems quite reasonable.
A small little tray for standing the tips up would be a great addition to buy. I’m a ceramic artist so I will make something that looks nice in the bathroom and can be easily cleaned but other customers may not have this skill.
I think customers who’d enjoy a good product and a sleek design will enjoy this toothbrush and hopefully it is a long term investment in oral health.
