INGREDIENTS: Skullcap, Damiana, Lemon Balm, Vodka Base 

HOW TO USE: Take 1-2 droppers daily; can be taken straight, in water, or in tea. 

CONSIDERATIONS + CONTRAINDICATIONS: ALWAYS talk to your doctor before starting a new herbal product. Not for use by pregnant persons or those who are breastfeeding. Damiana is not recommended for those with diabetes. Do not take if you are prescribed medications with sedative properties or thyroid medications. Do not combine this product with other tinctures or consume Damiana in large amounts.
