PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we try to ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.
Prices displayed on the site are quoted in US dollars. KEVENCRAFTRITUALS.com and QUEENMEB.com accepts the following credit card payment options:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Kevencraftrituals.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
We do our best to fullfill and ship out orders ASAP. Turnaround time can be same day, or the next business day. It some special cases there is a longer delay. Please expect no more than 3-5 days before shipping unless contacted by us.If an item is listed as a PRE-ORDER, we will ship the order once the pre-ordered merchandise is received.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, thus we will accept your return or exchange of product in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt of your order. Sale items are not returnable online or at our retail stores! Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, kevencraftrituals.com or queenmeb.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Events may not be refunded if you do not meet the listed policy on the ticketing page. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if you do not attend the event, and have not cancelled in the 48 hr period.
BOOKING AND EVENT CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer tarot or other various services or classes cancellations within 24 hours with a refund but we will gladly reschedule you if this is not a recurring issue.
Cancellation policy: Up to 50% refunded for cancellations 48 hrs in advance. Cancellations within 47 hrs or less will result in a discount for a future class or reading but no refund.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is also available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.
